Kullanım Koşulları

Somveil uygulamasını ("Uygulama") kullanarak aşağıdaki kullanım koşullarını kabul etmiş olursunuz. Lütfen bu koşulları dikkatlice okuyunuz.

1. Hizmet Tanımı

Somveil, yapay zeka destekli bir rüya günlüğü uygulamasıdır. Kullanıcılar rüyalarını kaydedebilir, yapay zeka ile analiz ettirebilir ve görsel oluşturabilir. Uygulama eğlence ve kişisel gelişim amaçlıdır.

2. Hesap ve Kayıt

Uygulamayı kullanmak için bir hesap oluşturmanız gerekmektedir. Hesabınızın güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz. Hesabınızla yapılan tüm işlemlerden siz sorumlu olursunuz.

Somveil 18 yaşından küçük bireylere yönelik değildir. Uygulamayı kullanarak 18 yaşından büyük olduğunuzu beyan etmiş olursunuz.

3. Kullanıcı İçeriği

Uygulamaya girdiğiniz rüya kayıtları ve diğer içerikler size aittir. Somveil, bu içerikleri yalnızca size hizmet sunmak amacıyla (yapay zeka analizi, görsel oluşturma vb.) işler.

Aşağıdaki türde içerikler oluşturmak veya paylaşmak yasaktır:

Yasa dışı, tehditkar veya taciz edici içerik
Başkalarının haklarını ihlal eden içerik
Kasıtlı olarak yanıltıcı veya zararlı içerik

4. Yapay Zeka Kullanımı

Somveil, rüya yorumlama ve görsel oluşturma için yapay zeka teknolojileri (Google Gemini, Imagen) kullanmaktadır.

AI tarafından üretilen yorumlar bilgilendirme ve eğlence amaçlıdır
AI yorumları profesyonel psikolojik danışmanlık, tıbbi teşhis veya tedavi yerine geçmez
AI tarafından üretilen görseller ve yorumlar her zaman doğru veya eksiksiz olmayabilir
Ruhsal sağlığınızla ilgili endişeleriniz varsa bir uzmana başvurunuz

5. Abonelik ve Ödemeler

Somveil ücretsiz ve premium olmak üzere iki katmanlı bir hizmet sunmaktadır.

Ücretsiz katman sınırlı özellikler sunar (aylık 30 rüya, 5 AI yorum, 1 görsel)
Premium abonelik aylık veya yıllık olarak satın alınabilir
Ödemeler Apple App Store veya Google Play Store üzerinden işlenir
Abonelik, iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik olarak yenilenir
İptal işlemi ilgili mağaza (App Store veya Google Play) üzerinden yapılır
İade talepleri Apple veya Google'ın iade politikalarına tabidir

6. Fikri Mülkiyet

Somveil uygulamasının tasarımı, kodu, logosu ve markaları Somveil'e aittir. AI tarafından oluşturulan görseller kişisel kullanımınız içindir.

7. Sorumluluk Sınırlaması

Somveil "olduğu gibi" sunulmaktadır. Hizmetin kesintisiz veya hatasız olacağını garanti etmemekteyiz. Yapay zeka yorumlarına dayanarak alınan kararlardan Somveil sorumlu tutulamaz.

8. Hesap Silme

Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman uygulama içinden silebilirsiniz (Profil > Ayarlar > Hesabı Sil). Hesap silme işlemi tüm verilerinizi kalıcı olarak siler ve geri alınamaz.

9. Uygulanacak Hukuk

Bu kullanım koşulları Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlarına tabidir. Uyuşmazlık halinde Türkiye Cumhuriyeti mahkemeleri yetkilidir.

10. Değişiklikler

Bu kullanım koşulları zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Önemli değişiklikler yapıldığında uygulama içinden bilgilendirileceksiniz.

By using the Somveil application ("App"), you agree to the following terms of service. Please read these terms carefully.

1. Service Description

Somveil is an AI-powered dream journal application. Users can record their dreams, get AI-powered analysis, and generate visualizations. The app is intended for entertainment and personal development purposes.

2. Account and Registration

You must create an account to use the app. You are responsible for the security of your account and all activities that occur under it.

Somveil is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. By using the app, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

3. User Content

Dream entries and other content you create in the app belong to you. Somveil processes this content solely to provide its services (AI analysis, visualization generation, etc.).

The following types of content are prohibited:

Illegal, threatening, or harassing content
Content that infringes on the rights of others
Intentionally misleading or harmful content

4. Artificial Intelligence Usage

Somveil uses artificial intelligence technologies (Google Gemini, Imagen) for dream interpretation and image generation.

AI-generated interpretations are for informational and entertainment purposes only
AI interpretations do not constitute professional psychological counseling, medical diagnosis, or treatment
AI-generated images and interpretations may not always be accurate or complete
If you have concerns about your mental health, please consult a professional

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Somveil offers a two-tier service: free and premium.

The free tier provides limited features (30 dreams/month, 5 AI interpretations, 1 visualization)
Premium subscriptions can be purchased monthly or annually
Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
Cancellation is done through the respective store (App Store or Google Play)
Refund requests are subject to Apple's or Google's refund policies

6. Intellectual Property

The design, code, logo, and trademarks of the Somveil app belong to Somveil. AI-generated images are for your personal use.

7. Limitation of Liability

Somveil is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Somveil cannot be held responsible for decisions made based on AI interpretations.

8. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Profile > Settings > Delete Account). Account deletion permanently removes all your data and cannot be undone.

9. Governing Law

These terms of service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In case of disputes, the courts of the Republic of Turkey shall have jurisdiction.

10. Changes

These terms of service may be updated from time to time. You will be notified of significant changes through the app.
